GRG International Corp. (GRG), is an exploration-stage mineral resource company with land assets principally located in the Yerinington Mining District, . GRG is currently seeking a joint venture partner to develop into production a multimillion ton deposit of aggregate industrial material in Lyon County. GRG’s additional assets include comprehensive mining data package, net smelter royalties and milestone payments, and patented mining lode claims in Mineral County, Nevada.

Net Smelter Royalty and Milestone Payments
GRG is the owner of Net Smelter Royalties of 2.5%. The NSR is subject to reduction limit of 1.5% based on certain buy down terms resulting in a 1% NSR in perpetuity. In addition, GRG is the beneficiary of two milestone payments based on reporting mineralized ore from Hudbay Minerals Inc.

Located 19 miles East of Yerington NV and one mile SW of (paved) highway 95 in the Mountain View Mining District and available for partnership and development.

Rana S. Gill – CEO and President
As CEO of GRG International Corp., Rana S. Gill has been instrumental in raising funds and negotiating acquisition of mineralized private patented land and staking new claims. Mr. Gill grew the property through private fundraising to acquire and stake land from an initial 0.5 square miles to over 4.5 square miles miles and recently oversaw the sale of land assets to a major publicly traded copper producer. Mr. Gill is a CA, CPA and earned his honorary Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Toronto.
Alan R. Coyner, Director of External Affairs
In 2014, Alan R. Coyner joined GRG as Director of External Relations assisting in private land acquisition, staking, permitting and assessing aggregates. With 45 Years as a Certified Professional Geologist, Mr. Coyner served as Administrator of the Division of Minerals for the State of Nevada and reported to the Commission on Mineral Resources and the Governor. Mr. Coyner has a B.S. in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a M.B.A. from the University of Nevada.
Hank Ohlin, Senior Exploration Geologist
Mr. Ohlin has worked as a professional geologist in the western U.S. for 40 years. He has performed geologic mapping and evaluation in support of geothermal, base and precious metals, and industrial mineral resources. Since 2006, he has focused on the Yerington mining district and surrounding west central Nevada. He attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and Mackey School of Mines, Reno, Nevada and is a member of the Geologic Society of Nevada and the Geologic Society of America.
Tom J. Adams, Consulting Engineer
A geomaterials engineer with strong technical and marketing focus on construction aggregates, industrial minerals and cementitious materials including natural pozzolan. Formerly with Nevada Cement Company providing technical support to the development of its natural pozzolan business. Past President of the Sierra Nevada Concrete Association.
