GRG International Corp. is currently seeking a joint venture partner to develop into production a multimillion ton deposit of aggregate industrial material, also known as natural pozzolan, used as a supplementary cementitious material in concrete, in the Yerington Mining District, Nevada. GRG’s additional assets include comprehensive mining data package, net smelter royalties and milestone payments, and patented mining lode claims in Mineral County, Nevada.

Aggregate Industrial Material for Concrete
Nevada Pozzolan Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of GRG International Corp. As a replacement for coal-fired fly ash and Portland cement in concrete, natural pozzolan reduces cost of concrete, increases durability and decreases pollution by providing a carbon offset. Nevada Pozzolan Ltd is currently seeking a joint venture partner to develop into production our multimillion ton natural pozzolan deposit in the Yerington Mining District, Nevada.
Net Smelter Royalty and Milestone Payments
GRG is the owner of Net Smelter Royalties of 2.5%. The NSR is subject to reduction limit of 1.5% based on certain buy down terms resulting in a 1% NSR in perpetuity. In addition, GRG is the beneficiary of two milestone payments based on reporting mineralized ore from Hudbay Minerals Inc.

5 Acres Zoned Commercial Property
GRG owns a 5.2 acre parcel of zoned commercial property formerly occupied in the early 1920s as a shop and rail roundhouse site. The vacant site has power and water available and is located at State Route 339 and Third North St in the copper mining district of Yerington, NV.

GRG holds 4 contiguous patented lode mining claims, Calvarite, Wadloux, Boston, Mohawk, and an additional, Climax, in Mineral County Nevada purchased from a subsidiary of Allied Nevada Gold Corp. Located 19 miles East of Yerington NV and one mile SW of (paved) highway 95 in the Mountain View Mining District and available for partnership and development.
